Welcome to 311 NYC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 311 NYC mobile application and related website (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
311 NYC provides access to publicly available New York City 311 service request data for informational and educational purposes only. The app is designed to help users explore and understand publicly released city data in a user-friendly format.

The app does not allow users to submit, modify, or manage official 311 service requests. To file an official request, users must contact NYC 311 through official government channels.

The information displayed in the app is sourced from publicly available datasets provided through NYC Open Data.
